Get your nights and weekends back. We'll find the pallets.
Stop scrolling Google Maps and driving to buildings that closed last year. Pick your county and we send you a checked, sorted list of the businesses that pile up pallets or buy them, ready to work, within 24 hours.
County packs from $29, one-time. You pay for confirmed leads; bonus leads are free. Every pack hits its number or we make it right. No subscription required. Every pack includes a free Pallet Radius™ report.

Your evening, two ways
Same county, same pallets out there. The difference is where your hours go.
Doing it yourself
- Night after night on Google Maps typing “warehouse near me,” copying addresses into your phone
- Driving across the county to a building that closed, moved, or was never at that address
- Walking in cold with no idea if they throw pallets out, buy them, or neither
- Hunting down a website and a phone number for every stop, one at a time
- Zigzag routes that burn gas between a pickup and somewhere to sell
With your PalletLeads list
- A checked list in your inbox within 24 hours. Confirmed leads were checked as operating at that address in the last 90 days
- Every stop labeled supplier, buyer or both, so you know what to ask before you walk in
- Address, map coordinates, website and published phone already filled in, sorted so you know who to call first
- Scout from the couch: a free satellite photo link on every mapped site, to look for pallet stacks before you drive (photos can be old)
- A free Pallet Radius report: the businesses that buy pallets mapped in rings at 1, 3 and 5 miles around a pickup you choose, so you can prospect close by and keep the drive to a drop-off short
Nobody on the list has been contacted or is expecting you, and it's not a promise they have pallets today. It's the searching and checking, done. Exactly what you're getting.
The time you get back
Real counts from our finished Birmingham-area packs, with our time estimate per lead spelled out below.
Our estimate: about 10 minutes a lead to find the business yourself, check it's open at that address, and look up its website and phone. We count confirmed leads only, and leave out the businesses you'd rule out and the wasted drives, so it's on the low side. Bonus leads come free on top and aren't counted here. Your county's count, and the time, will be different.
Who's on the list
Every row is a reason to make a stop: the businesses in your county most likely to throw off surplus pallets or buy them, sorted so you know who to call first.
Pallet sources
Plants, distribution centers and 3PLs that receive freight on pallets and pile up empties, cores and broken pallets.
Pallet buyers
Shippers, building-supply yards and manufacturers that need pallets going out the door, plus local pallet companies that buy cores.
Confirmed, plus free bonus leads
You pay for confirmed leads: businesses we've verified are operating at that address. Bonus leads we couldn't confirm yet are included free and clearly marked. Every pack hits its number or we make it right.
Ready to work
Street address, map coordinates, category, approximate headcount, website, and the main phone when the company publishes one. Plus a short field guide on how to work the list.

What you're getting
Every lead in every pack is a local business that's likely to have pallets to get rid of (a supplier), likely to buy them (a buyer), or both. Here's exactly what that means, so you know what you're paying for.
Every lead is
- A business at a specific street address, in or near your county
- Labeled supplier (likely has pallets to give away or sell), buyer (likely buys pallets) or both
- Listed with business name and address, plus website and local phone where the business publishes them
- Marked with a confidence level, so you know which ones we confirmed
Every lead is not
- A promise they have pallets right now, or that they'll give or sell them to you
- A warm lead. Nobody there has been contacted or is expecting you
- A named contact person
- Phone-verified. We haven't called them
- A pallet count or a price. We don't know how many 48x40s they have or what they'll want
- A sure thing. Results come down to how you scout and ask. The how-to guide in your pack covers both
Confirmed leads
We checked the business is operating at that address within the last 90 days. High = the address is on the company's own website. Medium = confirmed from another current source. Your price and your lead count use confirmed leads only.
Bonus leads
Businesses we couldn't confirm. They're free, marked low confidence and kept in their own Bonus leads section. Check them with a drive-by or a call before you count on them.
Bonus: satellite photos
Each site with map coordinates gets a link (the Satellite photo column) that opens a satellite photo of the site, to save you time: look for pallet stacks from home before you drive out. The photos can be old, so we can't promise they're 100% current or accurate. A free extra: not part of what you pay for or the count guarantee.
Count guarantee. New counties are estimated from U.S. Census business data. If our research turns up fewer confirmed leads than your tier, we make up the difference with confirmed leads from an adjacent county (one not already in your order), labeled “from next door.” If the neighbors can't fill it, we refund the difference down to the lower tier. Small is the lowest tier, so if a Small pack can't reach 25 confirmed leads even with the neighbors, you get your money back in full. For a combined pack, all of this applies to the combined count.
Bad lead? If a confirmed lead turns out to be closed, moved or at the wrong address, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or credit it. Pack not delivered within 24 hours? Full refund. Refund policy

Free Pallet Radius sample
A real one-page Pallet Radius report from this pack: one pickup address in Pelham, with the businesses that buy pallets mapped in rings at 1, 3 and 5 miles. The shorter the drive from pickup to drop-off, the less you spend on gas and time, so the map shows where to prospect first.
Satellite photos come as a link on every row (the “Satellite photo” column) that opens in your browser. They're a free extra and can be old.
Simple pricing

Questions
Where does the data come from?
From public records: federal workplace filings and Census business data, plus each company's own website. We combine them, remove offices and duplicates, keep the sites that handle freight, and check addresses against public government mapping data. We do not scrape social media, and we do not include personal or home information.
How fresh is it?
Every pack is built when you order it, from the most recent records available that day. Each pack shows the date the data was pulled.
Why 24 hours and not an instant download?
Because we build your list fresh instead of selling an old file. Most orders arrive the same day; the promise is within 24 hours.
Will these businesses give me pallets?
Some will, some won't. A lead means the business is the kind that usually ends up with extra pallets (or needs them), at an address we checked. Nobody there has been contacted or is expecting you, there's no named contact, it isn't phone-verified, and we don't know how many pallets they have or what they'd want for them. Scout it first, then stop by or call and ask. The how-to guide in your pack walks you through it.
What's a confirmed lead?
One we checked is operating at that address within the last 90 days. High confidence means the address is on the company's own website; medium means we confirmed it from another current source. Your price and your lead count use confirmed leads only.
What's a bonus lead?
A business we found but couldn't confirm is still operating at that address. Bonus leads are free, marked low confidence and kept in their own Bonus leads section. Do a drive-by or a call before you count on them. They never count toward your price or your lead count.
Are the satellite photos current?
Not always. Each site with map coordinates gets a link that opens a satellite photo of it, as a free bonus. They're there to save you time: you can check for pallet stacks by the docks or in the yard before you drive out. But the photos can be months or years old, so we can't promise they're 100% current or accurate. What you see from above might not be there today. They aren't part of what you pay for or the count guarantee.
What if my county comes in short of its tier?
Every pack hits its number or we make it right.
How is my county priced?
By the number of confirmed leads: Small (25–74) $29, Medium (75–199) $49, Large (200–499) $79, XL (500+) $149. Counties under 25 confirmed leads aren't sold alone: combine them with neighboring counties into one pack, priced and guaranteed on the combined count. Metro bundles are 25% off the combined price.
Sample counties show the actual count from our finished pack. New counties are estimated from U.S. Census business data. If our research comes in short of your tier, we fill the gap with confirmed leads from an adjacent county, labeled “from next door,” or refund the difference down to the lower tier (a Small pack that can't reach 25 even with the neighbors is refunded in full). Pick your counties to see each one's estimate and price.
Does every row have a phone number?
No, and we won't make one up. Every row has a street address. We include the main phone only when the company publishes it on its own site next to that location. Large sites often only list a head-office number; we leave those out rather than send you to the wrong office.
Will this work in my area?
Most counties with real industrial activity are covered. Small counties can be combined with their neighbors into one pack. If your county is thin, we'll suggest a metro bundle or tell you it isn't worth buying.
Can I share the list?
The list is licensed for use in your own business, including your own employees and drivers. Please don't resell or publish it. See the terms for details.
What if a lead is bad? Can I get a refund?
Bad lead: if a confirmed lead turns out to be closed, moved or at the wrong address, report it within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it with a confirmed lead from next door. If we can't, we'll credit you that lead's share of the price. To report one, email hello@palletleads.com with the subject “Bad lead report”, the county pack name and the business name.
Short count: if we can't reach your tier even with leads from next door, we automatically refund the difference down to the lower tier. If a Small pack can't reach 25 even with the neighbors, there's no lower tier, so you get your money back in full.
Late or missing pack: if your pack isn't delivered within 24 hours of your order, you can get a full refund.
Not covered: results. A business saying no, or not having pallets that day, isn't a refund reason. Bonus leads and satellite photos are free extras and aren't covered. Full refund policy.
